It seems Spain continues to be the top destination. Ultimately it seems us Brits do not like to steer too far from home. Florida is number five and the only long-distance destination on their top ten. Yes, without doubt, it seems Spain has and always will be a top destination when it comes to Brits buying abroad.
Brexit Affect
A lot of speculation has been flying around with regards to how Brexit will change the Spanish real estate market. Contrary to predictions it seems that since the UK Voted to come out of the EU more Brits are buying in Spain than ever! The logic seems, buy sooner rather than later. In case it gets too tricky later maybe? Whatever the reason, the fact is that sales are going up, not down.
